1. Purpose & Scope of Commercial Terms
These Terms of Specification, Supply & Procurement ("Terms") govern the specification, supply, quotation, purchase, and deployment of all electromechanical gate automation operators, commercial solar lighting fixtures, AI surveillance hardware, and building management systems manufactured, assembled, or distributed by Glidell™.
By specifying Glidell hardware in architectural tenders, issuing a purchase order, or downloading engineering CAD blocks from this website, clients, developers, architectural consultants, and contractors agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Architectural Specification & CAD Block Licensing
Glidell provides architects and MEP consultants access to 2D DWG cad blocks, 3D Revit BIM models, and wiring schematics:
- Permitted Use: Granted exclusively for designing, detailing, and specifying Glidell hardware in residential, commercial, and governmental construction tenders.
- Restrictions: Reverse-engineering, cloning mechanical profiles, extracting proprietary CNC toolpaths, or repurposing BIM models for non-Glidell products is strictly prohibited.
- Structural Verification: Architects and structural engineers remain responsible for verifying that gate pillars, hinge foundations, and structural lintels withstand operating wind loads and torque ratings specified in our technical cut-sheets.
3. Procurement, Quotations & Delivery Protocols
- Quotation Validity: Formal engineering quotations generated by Glidell remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance.
- Dispatch Schedules: Standard electromechanical operators and control units ship from central hubs within 24 to 48 hours. Custom architectural backlit panels, custom CNC bracketry, and bespoke laser-cut lighting require a 7 to 14 business-day fabrication window.
- Transit & Ingress Inspection: All shipments are dispatched in heavy-duty weatherproof crates. Consignees must inspect packaging for freight shock upon arrival before signing carrier bills of lading.
Qualified Professional Installation Mandate
To preserve the validity of the official 3-Year OEM Hardware Warranty, all 230V AC mains connections, earthing grids, optical photocell safety beams, and pneumatic safety edges must be installed by qualified, licensed electrical technicians in accordance with Glidell wiring schematics and local electrical safety codes.
4. Warranty Coverage & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Glidell stands firmly behind engineering precision with industry-leading manufacturer warranties:
- Electromechanical Gate Motors: 3-Year comprehensive replacement warranty on motors, forged bronze transmissions, and control logic boards.
- Commercial Solar Street Lights: 5-Year OEM warranty on Grade-A LiFePO4 battery packs and MPPT solar charging controllers.
- Factory Spares Dispatch SLA: Glidell provides 48-hour emergency dispatch of genuine OEM spare parts across all active regional coverage sectors.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Glidell™ be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper gate fabrication, inadequate pillar foundation, extreme structural settling, or modifications conducted by unauthorized third-party technicians. Total liability shall not exceed the invoiced procurement value of the specific hardware component.
6. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with commercial procurement or specification shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
