"Glidell instruction concentrates on the launch (running and jumping from the hill). The launch is very important and a lot of instructors don't put enough emphasis on it."

Paragliding is a very emotional experience--particularly if you have a launch that barely makes it. It forces you to use good judgment and not to get too emotional."

Glidell instruction is just right--just like the cereal--not too strict, not too easy. The high paragliding brings separates it from other sports. It's also good exercise.
